Delete Your Account & Data
Applies to the Crown Publications app and website. Last updated: 18-07-2026
If you no longer wish to use Crown Publications, you can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it. Follow the steps below to submit your request.
How to request account deletion
- Enter your registered email: Use the form below and submit the email address registered on your Crown Publications account.
- Check your inbox: We'll email a one-time confirmation link to that address. This proves the request is coming from the account owner — no one else can trigger deletion just by knowing your email address.
- Confirm the deletion: Open the email and click "Confirm Account Deletion", then click the confirm button on the page that opens. The link expires after 30 minutes for your security.
- Done: Your account and associated personal data are deleted immediately, and we send a final confirmation email once it's complete.
Can't access your registered email?
- Email amitaryacp@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your full name and registered phone number.

- We'll verify your identity before manually processing the request, typically within 7 business days, and confirm by email once done.
Data that is deleted
Once your request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted from our active systems:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and password/login credentials
- Your saved addresses, cart, and wishlist
- Your profile photo and any other profile information
- Your test-series attempt history, scores, and analytics linked to your identity
- Any device tokens used for push notifications
Data that is retained, and for how long
Some data cannot be deleted immediately and is instead retained for the periods described below:
Order and payment records: Invoices, order history, and payment/transaction records are retained as required under applicable Indian tax and accounting regulations, even after your account is deleted.
Fraud prevention and legal compliance: Information necessary to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with a legal obligation, court order, or request from a government/regulatory authority may be retained for as long as required by law.
Backups: Residual copies of your data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being purged as part of our routine backup rotation.
